cafe Latte
E. Lansing, Michigan

Bands: Once a Hero, Hope for August.

Another show back at the Latte. This time around, things were pretty quiet. Tonight marked the beginning of the new policy at Cafe Latte: Cover is $3, and you get a free drink ticket with that. It seemed to work out pretty well. It was Good Friday that day, however, so many of our regulars were either at church or out of town, leaving us with a much more intimate crowd.

Hey, it's those crazy folks from Jackson, Hope for August! We always enjoy playing with them, and they've definately become regulars for the shows at the Latte. They always get a great reception from the crowd, and rightfully so.

We were the second of only two bands that night. We varied our set a little tonight by playing both "Drive Away" and "Let you Down" from Central Standard. Both of these songs occuring together in the same set is a rarity for us, but our fans in E. Lansing ask for them every time, so I guess it was the giving season. Wait, that's Christmas (or Chanukah if you're Alex.) We'll have one more show in the Lansing area, in Mason to be exact, before our tour begins. Make sure to check it out!
