Cafe Latte
E. Lansing, Michigan

Bands: Once a Hero, Hope for August, The Chiodos Bros.

Well, we did actually manage to get some pics for this show. It was another great night at the Latte, with our usual ultra-supportive fan base and 2 other great bands, namely Hope for August and the Chiodos Bros.

Hope for August started things off with some powerful female vocalage from Jackson. We've been playing with Hope for August quite a bit lately and we're getting to know their music well. We've got more shows booked with them later this spring, so check 'em out.

Well, here we are again. I think the show we put on that night was definately one of our stronger ones. We also feed off of the crowd's energy, which ensures a better time for everybody. A lot of people kept screaming for us to play songs from "Central Standard" like "Let you Down." We're sorry we don't play these every time; just wait for the new CD!

After our set, The Chiodos Bros. took to the stage. These guys always put on an insanely good show, and their energy never seems to dwindle, no matter how many gigs they may have played that night, or how far they had to drive. So get up off yer ass and go to one of their shows sometime. You won't regret it.

Well, all in all, a good night. Thanks again to everyone who came out to see the bands. Without you, there would be no Once a Hero. Well, I guess there still would be. But we'd be playing to a lot of empty rooms (not that we've ever done that.) Well, Lansing, we'll see you in a month.
