Bands: Once a Hero, Dot.

It's getting difficult to count how many shows we've been playing with Dot. lately. Ever since we teamed up early this fall, we've had more shows with them than we've had without them. I guess you could say we were almost starting to take them for granted. That's what it must be like if you tour with the same band around the country for weeks; by the end you've just stopped paying attention all together. I wouldn't say that we stopped paying attention to Dot. at shows or anything. I mean, we try our best not to be total assholes.

But, unfortunately, it's too bad we got used to playing most of our shows with them. Most good things must come to an end, and Dot. has also fallen prey to that rule. This show marks the last show Dot. will play together. I guess life pulls different people in different directions sometimes. Well, Nick, Noah and Jason, it's been a blast playing shows with you for the past year, and we'll miss you guys. Good luck.

We played at this show, too, by the way. This will be our last one of the year before we temporarily disband and go home to our families for the holidays. Next year holds some exciting things in store: We'll be finishing up and releasing our 2nd studio recording, and there's another west coast tour on the horizon for May and June. We won't have quite as rigorous a show schedule in January and February while we finish the CD, but we'll continue playing shows at our usual haunts, and we'll be playing full force starting in March, so make sure to come visit us if you get a chance.
Enjoy your holidays, and Happy New Year!
