Bands: Once a Hero, Gone With Mark, Elected, + 1 more (I forgot)
Well, now we are in San Diego, we had a hell of a time getting our dates lined up, but the guys from Gone with Mark, and Elected managed to scrape this show together for us. Adam is obviously thrilled.
The above pic is of the guys from Elected, who rocked the place just before we played. There was actually a pretty big crowd here tonight. I saw lots of familiar faces (which is good to see, considering we aren't big out in SD) and lots of new faces.
Look at this rocking crowd, oh yeah. The only problem with the show was that the sound dudes were having some trouble getting everything together so we didn't make it to the stage till 11pm, when we were supposed to get on around 10. It got pretty frustrating after awhile, but we dealt. Anywho, we finally got on and played a usual 9 song set. Everything went really good this time around, but of course Doug broke a string, again. I dunno if you guys know the story on this, but Doug breaks a string damn near everytime we play. I finally made him get a second guitar before the tour, so luckily it works out.
Thanks to all of our friends and fans who came out to see us. We'll be back around through SD next summer, on our next tour. Monday we head out to El Paso to begin our most grueling leg of the tour yet. From here on out it's shows and traveling just about every single day, buckle up.
