Mug's Hideout
Ypsilanti, Michigan

Bands: Once a Hero, Antifreeze, 9 Miles 2 Go, Echo of Silence, Severed, Ten-ninety

Back in Ypsi for another round. This was kind of an odd night, Antifreeze (Punk rawk from Kung Fu Records) was headlining the show, yet they played 4th out of 6 bands, odd... We played last... hmm I dunno. Either way, we have fun no matter what! As usual, there was a mix of punk, hardcore and Rap Emo(?) that night. 9 Miles 2 Go stood out with their commendable pop punk sound.
After 9 Miles 2 Go, Antifreeze hit the stage to bring the rock. These guys are right in the middle (I think) of their nation wide tour, so you can go check them out in your home town soon.
It was unfortunate to play last, because after Antifreeze, people started to file out and hang out outside. By the time the band before us finished, there were just a few left (see pic). However, due to some miracle (or maybe we don't suck as bad as I think, maybe just maybe) a really good amount of people came back in when we started playing, so by the mid point of our set we had a good crowd going. Special thanks to Melissa and Friend, You girls ROCK!
But then things started to go terribly wrong. An on stage battle erupted between the Jon-a-tron and Doug Bot 2000. Minutes later the whole place lay in a smoldering ruin........just kidding, we're not laser wielding robots, but you knew that didn't you?

Bow down to rock and roll!

Ahhh! There's something on my neck...man these jokes are lame, it's a good thing I don't write the lyrics too.
