The effort paid off. The day of the show some 400-600 people showed up to see the nationally recorded and internationally known Wesley Willis. Wesley was late because of a flat tire so we took to the "stage" first. Halfway through our set Wesley showed up finally so we stepped aside and let him have the spotlight. After half an hour of persistant crowd requests, Wesley played the his hit, "Cut the Mullet", and brought the house down. After Wesley finished up we got back on and finished our set which finally ended around 4 a.m.
